CABLE FREE SOLUTION FOR TRANSFERRING DATA BETWEEN BUILDINGS
A new cable free solution for transferring full duplex data up to 622Mbps over 1km between buildings, is now available for installation. Cable free communication systems are typically deployed where a high performance connection is required bewteeen buildings or users, where a clear line-of-sight exists between them. Once installed, the infrared beams prvide a full-duplex data path through the air for any of the industry-standard data formats used in Data Networking. There is a choice of units for distances up to 200, 500 and 1000metres and data interfaces are available for fibre-optic, twisted-pair or coaxial cable formats.
