Having learnt his trade with a variety of businesses including Cap Gemini and JTM Computer Installations (Procter and Gamble’s preferred supplier), Patrick Hemus set up PHI networks in 1990. This means we have nearly 30 years’ experience of supplying and installing computer and fibre optic cabling to businesses of all sizes.
Our Approach
Our objective is to remove all the strain and hassle from our clients’ shoulders by ensuring that every element of the cabling process runs smoothly. This is achieved by:
- Carefully listening to and understanding your requirements
- Being totally flexible in our approach and working within any restrictions and limitations on access and working times
- Working closely with other contractors such as electricians, builders, air conditioning companies etc to ensure that the project runs without hiccups and to time
- Keeping you fully informed on all important issues throughout the work
The Process
There are a number of different stages within the process:
- After an initial phone conversation, we visit your premises and carry out a site survey
- Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, we provide a formal quotation for the job
- Following your written order, we agree an appropriate schedule for the work
- Having carried out the work, we test all installed data points and provide you with the test results
