Roke Manor’s site is spread over a large area and they need the different buildings to be able to communicate with each other within an extremely secure environment.

We supplied and installed secure networks via a copper shielded or fibre cabling system within the appropriate containment to meet the security industry’s specifications.

Huge savings on their voice communication
The client
UKi Media and Events are market leaders in the publishing and exhibitions business.
The challenge
They needed to link their two buildings together which are separated by domestic and public highways.
Our solution
To install a Gigabit laser and 550 Mgb Radio Link as back-up which allows the client to have reliable high speed communication connectivity between the two buildings.
The outcome
The link enabled them to achieve major savings on their voice communications and a seamless data link to their main communication centre.
Major refurbishment for offices with minimal disruption to staff
The client
BTG Plc is a global healthcare company who develop innovative products to better serve doctors and patients.
The challenge
They were undertaking a major office rebuilding and refurbishment while staff were continuing to work on the site.
Our solution
In conjunction with the client’s IT department we created a timetable for our engineers to operate on site without disrupting their working practices. We removed the old cabling system and simultaneously installed a new Category 6 cabling system.
The outcome
The way we managed the project resulted in the installation of the new cabling system with absolutely no down time, allowing the office and factory staff to continue working uninterrupted at all times.
Successful office expansion
The client
Brydenwood Ltd are one of the country’s leading architectural and engineering practices.
The challenge
Due to the rapid expansion of their London offices they needed an additional 290+ data outlets across the two office floors. The job had to be completed within a very tight, 2 week timescale.
Our solution
We provided the client with a ‘round the clock’ installation which included a fibre link to connect both floors together.
The outcome
Brydenwood were able to move into the new floor within their timescale ready for the new staff coming on board.
